The attractive and comfortable hotel is air conditioned and comprises a total of 202 suites spread over 28 floors, which are subdivided into Deluxe Suites, Panoramic Suites, Club Suites, and Royal Suites. Guests are welcomed in the spacious lobby with water features and huge fish tanks by a 24-hour reception desk and several lifts. Further facilities here include many extravagant shops, a hairdresser, 5 cosy bars, and 6 restaurants, one of which is a seafood speciality restaurant, which can be reached via the submarine simulator. The other restaurants offer Arabian, modern European, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. Hotel garage facilities are available to those arriving by car.

The noble two-storey Deluxe Suites (c. 170 m²) feature a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and guest toilet, a hairdryer, and a changing room. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, a radio, an Internet connection, a fax machine, 2 large TVs with video and DVD, a laptop with a printer, a minibar, a hire safe, and air conditioning. The Panorama Suites (c. 220-300 m²) are similarly fitted to the Deluxe Suites but come with larges glass windows. The Club Suites (c. 330 m²) are located on the 19th and 20th floors and additionally include a dining room and a billiards table. The Royal Suites are 780 m² in size and offer a private lift and a personal cinema screen.

In the outdoor complex guests will find a heated swimming pool, 4 further swimming pools with an integrated children's paddling area, and a poolside snack bar. Guests may also make use of the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, sauna, steam room and massage service (charges apply).
